Have you booked your holiday at our campsite and would like to prepare your stay as well as possible? Or maybe you'd like to find out what the arrival process is like before you take the plunge? You've come to the right place! Below you'll find all the information you need to know before your stay to make your arrival easier and avoid the stress of starting your holiday.

Your arrival:
- Please note that we guarantee to hand over the keys from 4pm. However, if you arrive after 8pm, we ask you to let us know the day before your arrival so that we can organise your arrival.
- We will need your number plate, as our entrance gates are plate-readable, your postal address and telephone number, your email address, and the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all guests. You can send us this information by e-mail to locean@cybelevacances.com, quoting your booking reference.
- Tourist taxes must also be paid before your arrival.
- On Saturdays, arrivals are by drive to our car park. Please follow the signs and wait in your vehicle in the reception car park.
Low Season:
- Meet directly at the campsite reception:
- From 2pm for mobile homes.
- From 1pm for pitches.
High Season:
- Meet in front of the campsite reception:
- From 4pm for mobile homes.
- From 2pm for pitches.
All the above information must be completed before the day of arrival.
Welcome drink:
In order to introduce you to the site and the team, you are cordially invited to attend the welcome drink on Sundays at 11am in the activity room, only during school holidays and bank holiday weekends. You can use this time to sign up for our many and varied activities.
Inventory:
- Remember to bring your own sheets, towels (which can be hired in advance, 72 hours before your arrival) and cleaning products (except for premium mobile homes where bed linen and cleaning are included).
- There is no inventory of fixtures on arrival or departure, but don't hesitate to come and see us if you need anything.
Departures:
- Please let us know your departure time: 12 noon max for pitches and 10 am for mobile homes.
- Drop-off
Aquatic area:
- To make sure your children have fun without risk, don't forget to bring armbands and buoys.
- We only accept swimming briefs/boxers and mid-thigh swimming shorts.
Restaurants / Bar :
Don't hesitate to book your table at the brasserie on 02 51 90 78 95.
Bare pitches:
- Remember to bring an adapter for a European plug (available to hire from reception).
- You will have 16 amps on your pitch.
