DESTINATION LES SABLES D'OLONNE
Les Sables d'Olonne is just 5 km from the campsite, Probably the most famous seaside resort on the Vendée coast and the second largest city in the Vendée behind La Roche sur Yon.
Recognized station at the Côte de Lumière, it will offer many activities and visits. Put your towel on the Grande Plage du Remblai, one of the most beautiful beaches of fine sand. It is a real call to relaxation and relaxation. Also discover the picturesque landscapes around: Dunes, salt pans, forest... 15 km north of the campsite along the coast you can reach Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, another famous seaside resort on the Atlantic coast of the Vendée. A lively city throughout the year, which in high season sees the population ten-fold as attractive.
The town of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, famous for its fishing port and sardines, offers a wide range of activities and visits. With family, as a lover or with friends, you will find your happiness in Saint Gilles.
From typical neighborhoods, a marina, beautiful beaches, lots of shops and events all year round, the town of Saint Gilles has many surprises in store!
MUST-HAVES ISLANDS
Do you want to sail? Let yourself be seduced by a day on the sites of the island of Yeu and the island of Noirmoutier. These islands will make you discover very different worlds in low and high season, which will hit you by their authenticity: Long beaches of fine sand, wild coasts, cliffs, bays, salt marshes and remarkable architecture with their white houses with blue shutters.
Access to the island of Noirmoutier is very easy thanks to the bridge of Noirmoutier which connects the island to the mainland or by the famous Passage du Gois, a 4 km long underground road unique in the world unveiled at ebb.
